FLIGHT OPERATIONS / DISPATCH TRAINING

Training Program is based on recommendation of ICAO DOC 71 92-AN/857 Part D-3 and is intended for training of Flight Operations Officers / Flight Dispatchers.

The Distance Flight Dispatch Training Course program consists of the thirteen weeks of distance learning and one week of intensive classroom training, and revision for the final exam. Course will be divided into twelve main subjects. The following sections provide an overview of the goals of each subject, outline the topics covered in each session, and provide an estimate of the approximate training program completion time. Dispatch training is designed to provide the foundation and skills needed to become an effective airline flight operations officer. Training consists of at least 240 hours of flight dispatch training followed by testing. Flight Dispatch training programme meets and exceeds the requirements prescribed by ICAO Doc 7192 Training manual, Part D-3 and EASA guidelines relevant to training of flight dispatch personnel. Each subject or block has to be successfully completed online before the student can move on to the next. Successful completion of the distance learning is a prerequisite to enter the classroom training. Following successful completion of the distance learning program the students will enter on one week training at our training facilities in Riga, Latvia. The duration is 4 working days, 8 clock hours per day from 08:00 – 1700 with a 1 hour lunch break. On Final fifth day student will take a four hour final exam to complete training program.
